What To Expect at Your First Appointment
New patients can register with our practice and complete “paperwork” without the paper.
When your first appointment is scheduled, we will ask for your email address so that we can send you an invitation to create a portal account with our practice, where you can provide your medical history.
Our patient portal is the fastest and most efficient way to get your information to our staff so that we can make sure everything is correct and available when you arrive for your first appointment. All communication through the patient portal is totally secure. Our pre-registration staff will be in touch prior to your visit to confirm all your information.
For your first appointment:
- Allow between one hour and an hour and a half for the office visit.
- Bring your insurance card along, as we will make a copy for our records, as well as a photo ID.
- Bring a list of the medications you are taking. Please include on the list the prescribing doctor, dosage and strength.
- Are you allergic to any medications? If so, please list and describe symptoms.
