Patient Support Services
We are always looking for well-organized, flexible and friendly individuals with a strong desire to assist our patients.
Patient Support Services is a fun, fast paced medical call center environment. We are looking for positivity, smiling faces and SUNSHINE!
Duties will include:
- Assisting patients with their scheduling needs for our (5) offices and (2) endoscopy centers.
Allscripts software experience preferred.
Applicants with a background in the medical field a plus, but we will train the right person.
First-class phone etiquette.
Being bilingual is a plus!
Hours: M-F 8:30-5:00.
Liaison or Primary Medical Assistants
We are always looking for well-organized, flexible and friendly individuals with a strong desire to assist our patients.
As a Medical Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the medical office. You will support providers and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner while providing our patients with excellent customer service.
Duties will include:
- Interviewing patients
- Taking vitals
- Procedure scheduling
- Authorizations for procedures and medications
- Pre-registration of patients
Allscripts software experience preferred.
Limited inner-office travel required. Mileage reimbursement provided.
Being bilingual a plus!
Hours: M-F 7:30am/8:30am to 4:00pm/5:00pm.
